What's the meaning of life Can anyone be able to tell what's the meaning of life? getting educated, achieving succeed in career, then meet a compatiable person to get married, rasing a , getting retired, then dying from aging?? umm, seems very simple, but what's the meaning of doing all this thing? Everyone may have his/her only definiation of life. So I have been asking myself, what I am looking for in my life and What I wanna achieve. I have been searching, and will continue searching for the answers. |

A possible short answer to this question is to look up "Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs" on the Internet. Each of the goals you listed, e.g. getting an education, can be viewed as coming under one or more of the levels in the heirarchy.

L (live) I (in) F (full) E ( expression).... that's the only way we find what the meaning is to us as individuals..and how that interact with the world.. what holds us back??? F ( foolishness) E ( envy) A ( arrogance) R ( resentments).... we we deal with those in the fullness of it's extent and meaning then we find that we have meaning within our life..

what about the people who get all the education, and degrees and put evetryhing on hold to do so... and then when they get it.. some tragic accident befalls them... so you got to allow yourself to live to be yourself.. in each day.. not at some point in the future that you are suddenly going to be "you"...

Simple. Observe, what does everything living thing on this planet do? Procreate. Make more of your kind. The meaning of life is this. I don't mean this in a cynical "lets all have sex" kind of way, I mean it as a preservation of ones species kind of way. That is the meaning of life, but us, being humans with advanced intelect always search for more, when the answer is so simple. The problem everyone runs into is, what do we do with our lives. I like the saying "As long as it harms none, go and do as you will" Do what makes you happy, but don't hurt others or yourself in doing so. Find love, find happiness. Some people are o.k. with that. Others search for power and wealth. And yet others search for greatness a place in the history books, this could possibly be the most difficult. In the end, the answer lies in your heart.

The meaning of life....wait until tomorrow comes and then look back at yesterday. Reflect on what you have done everytime before you close your eye and sleep...there will be a moment in your life that you will finally come to know the meaning of what you and only you have been searching for. a poor man with not much on his dinner table but enjoy the laughters with his wife and kids over dinner. And they all share the love and happiness knowning how much they care and enjoying each other in their life. a rich man with all the foods he can afford sitting with a bunch of pretenders that will soon be gone when the food on the table are eaten up. poor looks to be rich, riches denied the truth. The truth is, live your life base on your need. don't let what other have deceive you. However, everyone should strive for success and advances and improvement. Don't strive for control and power. When there is power and control, there will be lies and deceive and manipulation. Then there will be denial and betray...then there will be destruction and annihilation. at the end, life is nothing...which is basically, a starting over point for another rise and then fall...all over again and again...just look at history. what is the meaning of life...there are billions of human lives on earth. each one has it own purpose...some one who is ill is happy enough to see tomorrow while some one else thinks that he or she will be happy when he earns a billion dollar tomorrow. I will be happy if I find my pretty girl friend in here soon. I am enjoy my life, wheather I am searching of the meaning of life myself or just plain day dreamer. What I know is that; When some one is drowning and yeliing for help, don't jumb into a river if you can't swim. Otherwise there will be two body count. so long, readers.
