Forum of the year: soul, clones, mind, conscience...and KINDNESS I found apost about Dolly ...and soul..from ours truly, the sailor....and from another ours truly bmyx..about soul. Seemingly that clones are not humans and if only humans have soul then how ....did the soul gets put into the human body and not the clone? If a clone is just mind and body, then doesn't a clone has a conscience? If animals have no conscience then a clone is an animal? animals have instinct so does a clone has instinct? If a clone has instinct, then how where did it get its instinct? It cannot be from humans because humans have conscience and not instinct. So how do we explain the coming together of mind, conscience, and soul? |

....AL...on your next flight out....think...can a clone know kindness? Kindness and all its siblings of good virtues belong to the soul... then someone may ask...what about negativities..like anger, hatred, vengeance, etc etc... ...medical science had experimented with so many things but there is one single that it still cannot explain...i.e. the source of lifeforce...having cloned Dolly, it still cannot offer an explanation of lifeforce....the 'qi'....or perhaps I missed that one out ?

In the reality if God make the soul then all that is part of the package, right? We born with the soul but that include the ability thinking and know the right from the wrong. But you know some peoples not using the gifts gives them in the soul. They not using their mind to do great thinking or they not understand the right and prefer doing the wrong. I think you one of the few peoples who can do that. You do have the great mind and the great concience and you have a very nice soul. How does two souls get involve in a relationship? Does a relationship activates the conscience of two souls? Its does involves simuli of body and mind but people talk about search our soul....why not talk about searching our minds in a relationship of what's right and wrong to commit or not to commit or just a short term thing or just a platonic thing etc etc.

"......soul is thought to be the basis for wisdom and conscience. It is what separates man from other living organisms. ...".... Good way of putting it Al, ..... but medical science somehow cannot establish this faint line which researching the matters in our bodies....or is it that the source of soul cannot be researched at all....can conscience be dissected and analyzed. Where does conscience sits..... can we open up a chimp and find out where the little secret of conscience lies? Can we open up a hard-core criminal brain or heart and find out where it conscience is hidden?

....walan leh...vlee....Certainly I am not a PhD (person w delusions) and never have been such, and prefer to go by a very simple rule of not planning what I cannot execute, and not executing what I have not planned. .....needless to say when I sit down to do something I get it down else why waste time sit down to dream..... the skill differentiation of man and boys are ability to execute.....Dreams die first. so back to the matter of soul.....do we plan to execute our commitment for our God to transform us into higher beings for the energy of kindness to flow from within so that thereafter we can be taken to the beyond?

....the issue of clone and Ap's thought is DIRECTLY relevance...and because we are higher beings and not animals....we have the conscience to evaluate spiritual matters. we dont have the instinct like animals and its a pity we dont otherwise we would have fled before the tsunami came....do you know that no non-domestic animal carcass were found when tsunami hitted sri lanka? the elephants and leopards fled long before. .............. widen your thoughts beyond this planet will ya dvc......then you may get to develop philosophical thought leadership............. WE love you all the same You saying only animals survive tsunammi? Is your meaning if have a soul then cannot survice tsunammi? You have survived so many failures. So are you an animal to? ...dvc...may i recommend you some soul food....call LOVE as in 1Corithian13.....those who have instinct want to spray...those who have soul show loving kindness....which animal knows how to show kindness? even the chimp that scientists say are closing to our kind dont know how what is kindness or can they be taught kindness? Never heard of trainers teaching them kindness but tricks to perform.

...again God,forgif this dvc chap who takes the words out of context...surely woman from the man's rib is a figure of speech in the ways by those inspired by God how to write down those miracle. If those where to write those inspiration have detail understanding of scientific processes to explain those cosmic processes of how God created woman from man's rib, it will be a very very long thesis instead of one sentence............as in many parts of the bible, what's written should not be taken out of context...such as "....he went out and hung himself......so do thou likewise ....." you read this and go hang yourself too? A learnt man read and read and put himself unto God and search for the interpretation according for his time....... the bible is full of paraphasing.. I wish there is a passage in the bible that say "....he went out to bang himself against the wall.....so do thou likewise...." then I know surely who caused the berlin wall to fall.
