Pirate's dream... A lady is consulting a doctor with expertise in plastic surgery... Lady : I can't stand the teasing I'm getting at the office... therefore, I have to consult you about this...(pointing on her small boobs) Doctor : What about the teasing? Lady : (in between sobs)...some says' that its only a mosquito bite....others would tell that it's only a pimple... Doctor : never a mention of the "Pirate's Dream". Lady : How's that? sound confusing, Doc ? Doctor : Actually It's not... Lady : Why then ?
