First Sunday of the Lenten Seasons...

We Catholic Christians have lots of commemorations regarding our faith starting from Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday.

In this modern era, only the oldies of the believers rekindled and practice the faith about the abstinence and rituals. The youth on the other side are more liberal and free-flowing with regards to sacrifices and prayers. Unmindful of the usual traditions, they are now contented by being spectators but of times heed to the Old believers just to please and not to offend.

For me , Im still a part of the old ways, Comes Maundy Thursday and Good Friday where my annual penitence is to visit Fourteen Churches, as to complete the " VIA CRUZIS " or "The Way of the Cross". Ive been doing this for about a long time since my days in the elementary grades.

One thing I'm sure of is that it always grant my prayers , be of what I asked for. Now that I'm on the later stages of my life, My thanks to the Almighty for everything he has provided me.

I've learn that the Sun will forever shine for the believers and the non-believers. Afterall, the heritage lives on me and the family circle!

I am happy to know that there are people concerned about "righeous" and "upright".

That pic, I believe is the World Heritage Site - Stonehenge. This is about 25 miles from where I live. Before it was all fenced off, you could wander around the stones as you wanted. Alone after midnight is good especially when there is a moon. The shadows from the stones look like black-holes - there is no light there at all. Could be spooky for some?

Sunflower,

Sometimes we all have to be like one of this, part of our saving grace!
