I'm more interested in the gospels of Mary Magdeline. I'll have to get one of the books on it. The theory propigated by "The Da Vinci Code" and a whole slew of others now, is that Jesus and Mary Magdeline were married, and had a child. Both Mary and Jesus are believed to be decendents of kings. That would explain Jesus as being the "King Of Kings" literally, as his heir would have two royal lines. It's funny to think that the man or woman sitting next to you on the bus could be heir to the throne of Christ himself. This reminds me of the song, "What If God Were One of Us" And I don't think this takes a bit away from Christ's divinity, as there is nothing more sacred or wonderful on this earth than children. I'm glad to learn that Christ was even more holy than I thought. Pup

leejunghong, Here in the Philippines almost 80% of the populace are Christians, that's why the "Gospel of Judas " annoys every one in the sect.

deb, I am as interested as you are, regarding Mary Magdalene's gospel...The descendants of Jesus ? The holy grail that was brought out of the Holy land?, and the mystery of the Knight Templars?... The "Da Vinci Code" does'nt have the final say about this! Let us wait and see! what comes next?
