Clean As a Whistle I feel like Cinderella. I've been cleaning for the last four days. I've not been doing much else. The woman came for the appraisal today. Now I can let the dishes go in the sink for...a day. Anyway, I don't know how much she thinks it's worth though. I hope she comes in close to what the last guy appraised it. Wish me luck!!! |

Jenn, LTNS, how r u? Go, Haaaa, I actually thought of that. As long as I don't have to sell it to him. Mido, Oh, I'm sure that I won't so I called the realator today and set the price myself. If she doesn't like it too bad. Now hope that works, lol.... Deb
