"Age Is Just A Number" Yeah, I hear that from men all the time when they think I am younger than them, lol... It quickly turns around to being important when they find that I am the same age as them. Suddenly, it's "Sorry, I want to have some day." Um, I havent' even begun menopause and I look younger than most people ten years younger than me. Anyway, I'd been writing to a guy for a couple of months on line. He is 43 and I'm 42. Things seemed to be going great. He was very attentive. Attentive that is until I told him that I was 42. Boom, he dropped me like a hot potato. He's never even met me live to see that I look a lot younger than most in their thirties. Well, I guess it's only a number for men and not for women. |

you are lucky in that you don't show age much.. there are some people whom show it very differently.. and appear older than they are.. so congratulations to you, for managing yourself well... and maintaining yourself..

Touch, thanks, but you are still sounding like a car salesman with the "maintaining" thing, lol! SG: yeah, I get the ones who want baby sat too. But they don't want anything long term. Loyal: Always a sweetie. Go: Yeah, and the older they are the richer they are...lol! Nah, you know that only marginally matters to me. I do like to eat though.

2ColdinMI, That was very nice of you. My parents are the same age, but my father always looked older from Vietnam and working in the ER. People would ask her what she thought about what her father said, lol!
