All famous country song band with lots of records sale hitting the board chart. Now on the edge of being blacklisted all through out the US through media consolidation for being a known critic of the Bush administration.
Dixie Chicks most vivify antics was the 2003 live concert in London where lead singer Natalie Maines disheartedly announces grievances that "President Bush was from Texas". Obviously the comment comes out because of the Iraq's war on terror program by the US Government being supported by UK.
Instead of hitting the number one spot in the music chart, they end up on the number one spot of the hate list for over three years.
I had this chance of seeing them twice on an interview, First at "Larry King live" on CNN by cableTV and on MSNBC "Hardball" with Chris Matthews through the net video. These three can be compared to what James Dean portrayed on one of his film about a 's rebellious attitudes, only on the Chicks part, they seem to broadcast their feelings with a cause.
Regarding their music, I can say that the group have the taste of what a country music should be, melodious trio with a perfect harmony back up by string instruments, and strong lyrics that of Bob Dylan's.
Anyway, good or bad publicity is still a publicity, and it's up to the people to judge if they were guilty, and should be punished with a blacklisting remarks?
These issue reminds me of the "Four Freedoms" about free expression and press freedom. To think that it's just a bit lighter and softer than the protest on "Tiananmen Square".

I am a NY yankee buff ever since...but this year a childhod buddy of mine went on home with his family from San Diego on a vacation break...
Before returning back to the States ...A reunion among us childhood friends was set up for his farewell party...And there out of his back pack he pull out 3 bullcaps of different teams in the MLB...Since I was to pick first, I choose the red one which is the St. Louis Cardinals bullcap...and even kiddingly asked him if there's a yankee one left to chose on for I am an avid fan...
Now what I got turns out to be the World Series Champion...To my dear friend, thanks a lot...Proud to wear it on All Saints Day on the 1st of November...
And to the Cardinals...taste the fruit of your long hard work...what a way to end the season...

The recent nuclear test conducted by NOKOR threatened not only its regional neighbors but the entire world. Posing a provocative stance with intensity, this action not only indicates the alliancy of communism within but also a complete defiance of the rules imposed by UN.
Regardless of what the clear intentions are, NOKOR a traumatized nation because of the inching forces within its borders, now has the capacity to bring up the level of contention within the Northern side of Asia.
Against all odds, under a heavy sanction, so contigously eager to relegate present status in the world of Militarism, willing to take the consequence of what this action may bring.
What can we expect from Uncle Sam? If Iraq was punished on basic suspicions of hiding Weapon of Mass Destruction, What more now that NOKOR is testing it out, right under their noses.
Wait and see?...or Lets get it on!
