The morning sun always greets me in an oval pavement of a newly develop subdivision, about a kilometer away from our place. A venue where in a couple of morning joggers like me used to hang up from 6:00 till 8:00am on a daily basis...
Unlike me, age wise obviuosly, some of them are over 60 years old in which for health reason, are in self program habit of doing this morning rituals to revitalized their vigour and strength maybe on a doctors advice to note.
So as to inspired them, I even join them in a combination of a western, and tai-chi style of calisthenics.
Some of these old reliables have seen my teenage life till now at present, with some reminding me of the youthful activities, particularly the sport I engage in before. Inspite of these inception, you can't help but notice that within themselves hides that sentimental fear of what is like to be suffering from ailments which moslty are cardiac and respiratory in nature.
Being such a health buff, really paid off when you reach these days that ages matters, having a strong and healthy body far away from sickness truly derived and reaped from the foundation of a good sport. Indeed this is unregretful and very benificial on my behalf.
Consoling them and boosting their ego is never too late, and this everyday excercise will add some more years in their withering souls. In which I know for a fact that all of us are heading, but on a one after the other basis.
It's never too late for everything that moves. Hit the road and sweat it out!, Old pal!

Just being alive in this world is life's treasure...with all the things you wanted and all the nourishment you can get...
Isn't it easy to live along and tackle the worries around you and overcome it with satisfying results...
Then afterwards have some peace of thoughts and relax under the sun or sit down on a sofa and have your eyes glued on a boob tube for an exciting watch over...
The means to snap out your finger for something you like to have, be a sumptous meal or a cold drink...and but of course,
"To love someone who begets your love and understands you at all times"...
Thank God in heaven for all these things you have! To be able to live free and enjoy life till the end...

A group of women photo journalist from Aina under their mentor Reza dare to expose the difficulties of what the women in Afghanistan had to bear in their everyday life. From scarcity of oil and bread, even to the addiction of some irresponsible father, the compelling truth about their sad plight caught on camera. Living on what's left of them after the campaign of the US led forces to eradicate the group of fierce fanatics that cause these mothers and widows harm than good.
Behind those "chardouri" were concealed beauty of the Afghan women. These are the ones who lives on the mountain slopes outside Kabul. Their stories of life's frustrations cause by the Taliban and Al Qaeda can be seen on their soulful eyes that wonders, the blink future their will have amidst the ruins of the war fiercly fought within the boundaries of the Afghan soil.
Shortness in funds and assistance from the concern groups even make life more miserable than one could ever think. Couple of hundred widows from local tribes with no money to feed their could be worst than the beggars in fame cities of the world, the latter with outreach arms nearer to the people willing to throw a little help as an advantage.
The persistent mood of this young journals who brave out the laws of Sharia just to show the world what's behind the lace of their peer's faces could mark the symbol of a fair practice and equalities a women must have, be of what race and origin.
