" The happiest people in the world are not those who
have no
problems, but those who learn to live with things
that are less than perfect."

* A group of graduates, highly established in their careers, got

together to visit their old university professor.

* Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and

life.

* Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and

returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment
of cups -

porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive,

some exquisite

- telling them to help themselves to the coffee.

* When all the students had a cup of coffee, the professor said: "If you

noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving

behind the simple and cheap ones.

* While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that

is the source of your problems and stress.

* Be assured that the cup itself adds no quality to the coffee.

* In most cases, it is just more expensive and in some cases even hides

what we drink.

* What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you

consciously went for the best cups... Then you began eyeing each

other's cups.

* Now consider this:

- Life is the coffee; the jobs, money and position in society are

the cups.

- They are just tools to hold and contain Life, and the type of cup

we have does not define, nor change the quality of Life we live.

- Sometimes, by concentrating on the cup, we fail to enjoy the

coffee God has provided us. Enjoy your coffee!."

* The happiest people don't have the best of everything.

* They just make the best of everything."

1. Live simply.

2. Love generously.

3. Care deeply.

4. Speak kindly.

5. Leave the rest to God.

You are the miracle, my friend;

Your life either shines a light OR casts a shadow!

Shine a light & Enjoy the Coffee!!!

An article came to my attention and thought of sharing it with everyone here. What if the law does legalise an act like this, i assume our society would become more stressful with more handdicap . ( jest like having winter in a summer) -no joke. Your opinion and comments pls.

article
----
THE German ' couple' wants to fight to legalise their relationship.
Romantics fighting against conservative oppression or just a twisted human tale?
France's laws were abolished in 1810 by Napoleon. is also not illegal in the Netherlands, Belgium,Luxembourg, Portugal or Turkey. Should Asians fear for our young, given the potential for the spread of values?
There are arguments on both sides.
The ' couple' claim their conduct does not harm anyone else directly. Hence, they say, the law against is discriminatory.
But senior lawyer Thangavelu said: ' harms society because it erodes the moral values and social fabric on which society is built upon.'
It is 'unthinkable' here.
Asian societies have for centuries placed family relationships in a circle of trust and care, untouched by sexual contact of any sort.
Crossing the line leads to confusion and stress.
'What will the do? Start calling his daddy uncle and his mummy aunty?' asked Mr Thangavelu.
'Religious leaders here are struggling with the question of homosexuality,' said Catholic leader Brother Michael Broughton from the Inter-
Religious Organisation. 'But ? That's much more dangerous. That's an eternal taboo.'
Medical science also frowns upon it.
of uous couplings have a higher risk of developing severe mental and physical disabilities.
'That's why is against the laws of nature,' said Brother Broughton. 'A brother and sister cannot guarantee the survival of a species.'
Another danger: Abuse.
A woman might be at the mercy of a rapacious father or brother.
But think about this: What if Patrick Stuebing and Susan Karolewski had fallen in love without ever knowing they were related?
Would their love then be immoral?
'Psychologically speaking, there is no difference between brotherly or sisterly love, and romantic love,' said Dr Simon Siew, a 53-year-old psychiatrist. 'It's still love between a man and a woman.'
So when does healthy sibling love become ?
'That's when you start needing each other more and want to be close physically,' said Dr Siew.
'It's a fine line. From a psychological viewpoint, love is illogical,' he added.
Can the same be said about laws?
Your answer will ultimately depend on the kind of society you want to live in.
A world of no-holds-barred, freewheeling relationships?
Or one that clearly separates platonic love from sexual love?

Eyes across the elaborate wrought-iron balconies
Stood an amazing tall trees
Swaying in the blues on a patch of brown
Together with weeds and wild birds
Fragment of flower petals, dancing softly in the rustle of a wind
Carving out such harmonic landscape
That kept my mind aloft in the count of
Eternity.

HELL hath no fury like a women cheated. When this UK wife and mother of two got dumped by her cheating husband, she sought revenge. She placed an advertisement calling her husband a 'dirty little weasel' and put up all his possessions for sale on Internet auction site eBay yesterday, reported the Daily Mail.
The West Yorkshire resident tossed her husband's possessions from the upstairs window of her house into the garden, where they lay in a heap.
CASH OR BARTER
The woman set no reserve price on the auction and said she was willing to take money or barter the items for a 'a decent single man'.
Going by the eBay identity 395edmondson, she wrote: 'These are all the items that were in my husband of 6 1/2 years, and partner for 15 years' closet.'
They included clothes, boots and some bonus items, which 'he didn't have stashed at his new fiancee's house when I found out about the dirty little weasel's affair'.
'Some of these items might be slightly damp due to them having been chucked out of the bedroom window and sitting in the garden for a bit,' she noted.
'I have since bagged them up and put them in the garage, but they may smell a bit damp and mouldy because I sure as hell am not washing and ironing his clothes just in case he has to collect them.
'Due to this, I may have to remove the listing at short notice, but am sure you understand.
The unusual sale attracted many curious potential buyers, but the highest bid the woman has received so far was just 1 ($2.90).
Online bargain hunters swamped her with questions like 'Are the sleeves attached, crotches intact and paint free? What size shoes? Any Timberlands? How about his album/CD collection?'
She responded by giving details of the items.
'Everything is intact at the moment, however if sleeves need removing or you need paint adding I am happy to do alterations at no extra cost.' nother bidder asked: 'If I won the auction would you burn them for me?'
She replied: 'With pleasure!'
To the cheeky question 'Do you think he did it because you couldn't iron, or is she just younger and better looking?', the woman replied 'Depends whether you fancy fat birds!'
The auction is set to end on 24 Oct.

Pieces of antique blue and white Chinese porcelain placed on the dressing table
seem exquisitely refined. Decorated word-prints design, shuanxi (double happiness) symbolize much of happiness for an auspicious day. They come in varies style such as flower vase, fish bowl, delicate figurine, jam jar, dessert spoon, tea pots and assorted jewelry boxes. Glazed or unglazed pottery add a touch of silk and strands of pearl gives you a noble look of east west mixture from the marvelous glamour long history that’s bin buried for years.

You’ve seen an era of a work, the piece of art that stem the rose from our hearts gives us a pleasure to treasure all the craft as beautiful as ever.

"A BEAUTIFUL THING NEVER GIVES SO MUCH PAIN AS DOES FAILING TO HEAR AND SEE IT."
