I have read that Chinese food is very different from one province to another within China.
Some provinces cook very spicy and others very sweet.
I would like to know where I could find a good balance between spicy food and sweet food in China ?

I heard lots of good things about Fujian province when it comes to the quality of beaches...
The city of Xiamen has a lot to offer in that department !

Turkish food in China... 11/11/2009
Wherever I travel or live, I always have cravings for Turkish food...probably the best food I have
tasted in my whole life.
While in Canada, it is pretty easy to find...but I will be
moving to China soon.
Anyone knows about Turkish restaurants or delicatessen
stores where it would be available in China...

Do people have a hard time here find people too hook up with 10/28/2009
I'm asking because on most of these site people are
more picky than they would be if they mmet at a bar or club
or blind date set up by a friend. Me being black is really
hard because I'm not sure what asian think of black
male, here in America you only see them with white guys and
knowing the history between the two I just don't see
why but who knows/wierd..

Are they too shy to show themselves or do they feel embarrassed

Is it still necessary to remain friends after separating? 2/16/2008
My students are late teens or early twenties.They often
have such emotional trouble.Of course, there are many
possibilities, the two people can do whatever they want,
stay friends, stay professional, never see each other,
