Lots of times, ladies just ignore emails. Plz at least say
a simple not interested to let people know you received
the email. This will cut down the repeat emails sent to you.

Because there are at least 10 men here to every woman (my
own rough non scientific estimate), it follows that women
will recieve a lot more messages than men.
While I agree that it would be nice to receive even a polite
"no than you", it is understandable that it
does not happen very often. Because we get less messages,

The reality everyone reacts differently to rejection.
Those who are strong will take it on the chin and move on or
may proceed to keep trying.
These people you need to be pretty straight up even if it
hurts their feelings it won't be for long.
For those who are weak means a differnent aproach would
