Growing up in Sub-urbia Dallas, I would never have imagined seeing the world through my job in Los Angeles and then spending much of my time in Shanghai and Hong Kong in the last few years. Thus, my perspective on relationships and people are influenced through the business world and making and keeping good friends becomes a premium and gift. I enjoy the outdoors (hiking, walking near the beach) when I was in Los Angeles and meeting up with friends from work or church for a cup of coffee. My faith in God is very important to me and I am blessed to have honest but quirky parents who are still together and taught us the realities of loving each other, in spite differences of being oil and water. Always a selective spectator for sports, (i.e. the Rose Bowl, watching the Lakers, or the super bowl)...I admit I like being in the outdoors, so when I travel and worked in China...good food, friends and staying in doors was the next alternative to finding an unpolluted sky!
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for someone who is passionate about something...work, faith, friends,etc...and is a Christian guy who takes his faith to heart....someone that practices honesty and loyalty as a basic necessity to any relationship (even among casual friends) versus an exception to the rule... Someone who can relate growing up and educated in the US/Europe and be a good listener. I enjoy being around people who are intelligent and having either serious discussions/debates or trivial details as do you think Brokeback Mountain will win the Oscars this year?
